In 2020, the first wave of the pandemic hit, causing issues across the economy, traffic in businesses, and everything stuck. Some of the larger enterprises will have to shut down for a while, while other small businesses failed. Same as UniDry and other family products, sales volume has dropped dramatically.
In today’s digital age, it’s essential for businesses to have a strong online presence to remain competitive. As potential customers increasingly turn to the internet for their needs, businesses must adapt by enhancing their digital marketing strategies. This challenge highlights the importance of convenience and accessibility for attracting and engaging customers. By leveraging various forms of digital marketing, the company can effectively communicate its brand and reach a wider audience.
1. Customer Behavior Shift: Our potential customers are now primarily online, making it crucial for the business to follow suit and establish a robust online presence.
2. Convenience Drives Engagement: The easier it is for customers to find us online, the more likely they are to be attracted to our offerings.
3. Wide Reach Through Digital Marketing: There are numerous digital marketing channels available that can amplify our brand’s message and connect us with a broader audience.
In Cambodia, selling electronics education products is a very fresh concept idea but at the same time the marketing is also very critical too. Based on market research, One of the most challenging things in the market is the price. As far as educational products, their prices are reasonable. However, they will not be able to gain trust from customers unless they strengthen their branding.
Start off with the name: Why gooshop? The reason behind is that they want to encourage and motivate people to read more. It can serve as a motivator for people to develop a reading habit, as well as read faster and more books. It seems that Go!Go! is two phrases of cheering. However, we used Goo! It is more powerful, in a single phrase. (why choose that name ?)
Brand Color Palette. A neutral color palette, with black and orange as the primary colors, was chosen to maintain the minimal brand direction. Various shades of grey were added as secondary colors to allow flexibility in brand roll out design without detracting.
The launch of the Aura Vault website was met with enthusiastic response from fans, contributing to increased engagement and merchandise sales. The site’s intuitive design and interactive features have strengthened the band’s connection with their audience. Key metrics such as website traffic, user engagement, and online sales have shown significant improvement since the launch.
UniDry updating digital has been so convenient to the customers in many ways. Additionally, they learn tips to take care of their babies as well as themselves, the quality and the detail of the product, new updates about events and contests. Furthermore, the brand builds more awareness and reaches their wide range target audience.
