In 2020, the onset of the pandemic created widespread economic disruptions, halting business operations and severely impacting sales across industries. Both large and small businesses faced unprecedented challenges, with some shutting down temporarily and others forced to close permanently. Like many companies, UniDry experienced a significant drop in sales volume during this period. To counteract this decline and regain market share, UniDry launched the 10 Gold Promotion as a strategic effort to boost sales and re-engage customers.

Key Points:

1. Pandemic Disruptions: The first wave of the pandemic in 2020 caused economic slowdowns, reduced traffic for businesses, and stalled many industries.

2. Sales Decline: UniDry, along with other family product brands, saw a dramatic reduction in sales volume during this time.

With One Key Communication Message “Buy UniDry to Get 10 Gold”, The Digital and Media Campaign are fully managed by Big8 from scratch storyboard of TVC to 6 month social media management. By managing this campaign including social media monitoring, digital ads and media buying, content and video review, Big8 helped UniDry to achieve its 2020 sales target with over 100%.
