BanhJi, known for its expertise in accounting and finance, has a highly capable team. However, much of the team’s focus is currently on ongoing monthly training and updating the BanhJi platform. To maintain momentum and drive growth, BanhJi requires an outsourced partner who can bring fresh perspectives and skills in digital marketing, media buying, creative design, and campaign execution. This partnership will allow BanhJi to elevate its brand and reach a wider audience while the core team continues to focus on their primary responsibilities.

1. Specialized Internal Team
• BanhJi’s core team excels in accounting and finance, ensuring the platform meets industry standards.
2. Current Focus on Training and Updates
• The team is primarily engaged in monthly training sessions and releasing new versions of the BanhJi platform, limiting their capacity for marketing efforts.
3. Need for an Outsource Partner
• BanhJi needs a partner with expertise in digital marketing, media buying, creative design, and campaign management to bring a new look and feel to the platform.
4. Brand Refresh and Market Expansion
• The goal is to refresh BanhJi’s brand and expand its market presence, leveraging the external partner’s capabilities to handle marketing initiatives while the internal team focuses on product development.
From 2021, To support Banhji for scope of Marketing and Communication, Big8 will start to work with social media monitoring and ads till the cross campaign of Banhji Accounting 2.0 Launching. We are sure that we will continuously cooperate with more projects after the pandemic is over.
To successfully enter the Cambodian infant formula market, Danalac must address key challenges, starting with an updated label design for its products. As an emerging brand in a market dominated by established names, Danalac’s product labels must stand out while building trust with local parents. The label is a critical touchpoint, serving as both an informative tool and a reflection of the brand’s values.
