AMK Microfinance Institution PLC (AMK MFI) originated from the micro-credit & savings program of Irish NGO Concern Worldwide, originally established in the early 1990s. In 2002, Concern Worldwide decided to create a separate microfinance institution under the name Angkor Microheranhvatho Kampuchea (AMK) which subsequently became known and re-registered as “AMK Microfinance Institution Plc”. This move in 2002 was in line with the changes to Cambodian regulations in microfinance, as well as developments in the microfinance market.
AMK Bank has partnered with BIGEIGHT Marketing to transform the AMK Mobile App into the best-looking bank application with an outstanding UX/UI design. Our goal is to create an app that is simple, intuitive, and easy for local users to navigate. We have focused on reducing text and using icons to ensure the app is accessible and user-friendly for everyone.
Key Accomplishments:
1. Simplified Design for Local Users:
We developed a clean and simple design that resonates with local users, ensuring that the app is intuitive and easy to use for a wide range of customers.
2. Icon-Based Navigation:
To reduce reliance on text, we introduced icon-based navigation, making it easier for users to understand and interact with the app without the need for lengthy explanations.
3. Enhanced User Experience (UX):
Our team focused on delivering a seamless user experience by optimizing key user journeys and making sure every interaction within the app is fluid and efficient.
4. Localization for Better Accessibility:
We tailored the app’s interface to meet the needs of local users, ensuring that it caters to their preferences and cultural context, leading to improved accessibility and usability.
We are BIGEIGHT Marketing, a team of experts in web design and user experience. We have been hired by AMK Bank to update their new homepage design for AMK Mobile App and welcome screen, with the goal of creating a great first impression for their customers. Here is the list of work we have done so far.
We are conducting user testing to evaluate the usability and functionality of this feature and to identify areas for improvement. Our goal is to provide a smooth and satisfying experience for our customers.
We had update new design website with the best experience possible for New Homepage AMK Bank Design. Here's what we changed: We've updated the look and feel of the homepage to provide a more user-friendly experience and easy to access other functionality.
