AMK Microfinance Institution PLC (AMK MFI) originated from the micro-credit & savings program of Irish NGO Concern Worldwide, originally established in the early 1990s. In 2002, Concern Worldwide decided to create a separate microfinance institution under the name Angkor Microheranhvatho Kampuchea (AMK) which subsequently became known and re-registered as “AMK Microfinance Institution Plc”. This move in 2002 was in line with the changes to Cambodian regulations in microfinance, as well as developments in the microfinance market.

The Challeges

AMK's collaborates with BIGEIGHT to redesign the AMK application to make it the best-looking bank application with the best UX/UI design. We redesign it with a simple design and the easy to understand for most of the local people easy to use. We wanted to introduce a useful idea that reduces the use of text and use icon instant to make it easy for the local people to understand better.

Task

We are BIGEIGHT Marketing, a team of experts in web design and user experience. We have been hired by AMK Bank to update their new homepage design for AMK Mobile App and welcome screen, with the goal of creating a great first impression for their customers. We had update new design website with the best experience possible for New Homepage AMK Bank Design. Here's what we changed: We've updated the look and feel of the homepage to provide a more user-friendly experience and easy to access other functionality.

The results

We are delighted to collaborate with AMK bank on the new mobile app banking experience. Our shared vision of human centric design and simplicity has enabled us to create a seamless and user-friendly interface. The new homepage design features easy-to-use navigation and functionality that enhance the customer journey.
