The Challeges

While a lot of infant Formula brands are already leading, Danalac is new in Cambodia Market. In the first start, Dalanac supporting and marketing materials need to be localise both translate and design while the team is just forming and need resource to supporting in term of strategic, digital and marketing. The strategic of the industry is very critical, one step to gain market share or one step to spend without result because intant formula products are required a lot of trust from parents to make decision. Doing marketing alone will not help Danalac being family trusted brand.

Task

In 2019, Danalac Group working closely with BIG8 to launch Danalac in order to go into Cambodia market. Supporting National Wide Sale and Marketing, BIGEIGHT handle with several brand launching and activation projects including Leaflet & Label Design, Advertising and Activation ( Truck Ads, Store Ads, Booth Ads, Leaflet Print-Ads ), Social Media and Digital Campaign,...ect.
